Thank you for inquiring about The Lodge at Burke Farms. The Lodge is located on a 8 acre pond in beautiful southeast Georgia. We are located in Sylvania GA, half way between Augusta and Savannah. We are only 16 miles from Georgia Southern University Baseball and Football games. We are only 15 miles from the Tuckahoe Wildlife Management Area. The Lodge is right in the middle of 600 acres of Burke Farms.
This farm has been in the Burke Family for over 100 years. The families still live and enjoy the farm as their ancestors have for years. The property has been maintained for years by different members of the family to keep an abundance of deer, dove, quail, turkey and fish available for all the family to enjoy. We have a small cattle and hay production business that keeps the farm beautiful and busy. We love the fall when all our calves are being born.
We are only opening limited times available at The Lodge to the public. We have listed the available dates on AirBnB. We are excited to share our little piece of heaven for just a weekend visit, Bridal or Baby showers, and even have decided to host a couple of weddings a year. Limited dates available so request a visit and lets get your dates reserved.
The rustic lodge is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The kitchen has a 12 foot L shaped bar, living area with big screen TV, 30 foot long front porch with 3 burner Blackstone grill, over looking the pond. The 20 x 20 dock is just down the front steps of the lodge. We added an amazing Pavillion in 2023 that has been a great addition for our family gatherings, birthday/graduation parties and wedding receptions.
We are excited to host anyone headed to the GSU sports games, hunters headed to the Tucahoe WMA, or just vacationers looking for somewhere to rest and unwind. Building repeat business is our goal.
